WHB will present its range of precision manufactured steel, iron and aluminium components for major OEMs and vehicle manufacturers.
The company produces a range of raw and fully finished components in steel forgings, cast iron and aluminium, with steel forgings products on display including connecting rods, crankshafts, wheel hubs and axle ends.
Its cast iron components include cylinder blocks and heads, bearing caps, bed plates, exhaust manifolds, crankshafts, brake calipers, differential housings, shoulders, slack adjusters, differential cases, wheel hubs, front supports, crankshafts and spider brakes. While aluminium products include cylinder blocks and heads, cylinder head covers, clutch housings, transmission housings and oil pans.
WHB currently has a total capacity to produce 250,000 tonnes of iron casting raw parts a year using Kunkel Wagner and Disamatic molding lines, 6,500 tonnes a year of aluminium castings using HPDC & gravity of up to 23 kg/pc and 10,000 tonnes a year of steel forgings of up to 17 kg/pc.
Its current customers include Volkswagen, Scania, FCA, Iveco, Mercedes-Benz, CNH, Nissan, Renault, PSA Peugeot Citroen, GM, Ford, Toyota, TRW,
Knorr-Bremse, Schaeffler, Allison Transmission, Meritor, Master, Wabco, Chassis Brakes, FPT, AAM, ThyssenKrupp, Mahle and many more.
